I used to try and do the cyberarmy challenges, which were OK but if you were stuck on one level that was it you got no further.
Yesterday I happened accross Hackquest and boy does it beat CA into a cocked hat with a shitty stick. There's about 40~50 challenges that can be tackled in any order. There's web stuff, crpyto&stegno, reversengineering, logic puzzles, generally a good and wide range of stuff.
Entertaining and fun to find out what you know :)

If you do happen to learn anything from doing these challenges thenyou should really never use that knowlage for nefarious deeds, it's just not cricket
