OK, I don't know why someone hasn't built an EMP bomb before. Seems like a bloody obvious idea for a weapon. But the yanks have unvailed the latest weapon that they intend to throw a Mr Hussian (Sadam, not nice Mr. Hussain that runs the local offy)
