new look, looks a bit shonky in Mozilla and Opera (not tried IE yet) due to downward stripy bit getting in the way of the text, but that sould be easy to sort out. posibly just with a different font colour
Should I have a play with the css later?
I've changed the header phrase as well, feel free to change it back.
