Eavis wouldn't have a leg to stand on.
1. There's such a thing as the data protection act and the government is trying to slap a couple of law suits on high profile companies to get it into peoples heads that the DPA is something you really need to adhear to. eBay wouldn't dare
2. If money has been taken, then there exists a contract between buyer and seller. So it would be breach of contract.

Even if it states in the T&C that the ticket is only valid for the purchaser (In which case they should have only sold them in singles) Eavis will be in breach of contract if he doesn't send the ticket.

IMHO Eavis lost the orginal ethos (is ethos the right word?) of Glasto years ago, and has just turned into a money grabbing little sh*t. If there's one thing worse than a money grabbing little sh*t, it's a hippy turned money grabbing little sh*t

[ANOTHER RANT]
as for Miss Air, I've not been able to stand her since the Big Breakfast. She is solely responceable for getting me angry and wound up within about 3 mins of waking, every day for a couple of years. I think if you're going to be interviewing people you need to apear to have two brain cell to rub together, and not just be flirty eye candy (at least Paula Yeats did it with class).
