I was glancing through the American gutter press’s Enquirer the other day and stumbled across this article. And I though UK Unis were offering strange courses (Warning: mostly tory propaganda)

Keanu Reeves has a lot of class and he can prove it!
The Matrix Reloaded star and his films have been the subject of courses taught by Pasadena’s Art Center College of Design, exploring modern cinema and philosophy.
Here are other celebrities who are the subject of college classes:

• Oprah Winfrey, the Tycoon is taught at the University of Illinois.
  
• Ohio’s Oberlin College offers The Filmography of Winona Ryder, The Mythology Episodes of the X-Files and Life and Times of Drew Barrymore, plus a look at the sexuality of American women as depicted in the HBO series Sex and the City.
  
• At Berea College in Kentucky, students can sign up for Philosophy and the Simpsons, evaluating Homer and Bart against Nietzsche and Aristotle.
