Saw Robert Newman at the Indymedia benefit at The Croft last night.
He did a 50 minute set which was a cut down version of the From Caliban To The Taliban material he's touring with, see blog entry from Monday, February 10, 2003. This show seemed much funnier in retrospect than the previous show, as it was basically just all the best bits compressed to less than half the time. I spoke to the man himself briefly as I was leaving, he apologised for reusing so much material but there was no need, I think the show was better for it.
A two hour long double CD is available of the full FC2T set for a bargain 10 quid, buy it.
