A few years back Star Wars: Episode 4: A New Hope: Special Edition became the first ever film to be release with three colons in its title. At least two colons now seems to have become the standard number for new movie releases. The most recent example I can think of if Lara Croft: Tomb Raider 2: The Cradle of Life and I’ve just come across The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers: Special Extended DVD Edition: Gift Set. Coming soon: M:I-3: Mission: Impossible 3: What?: Only Twenty-Four (24) Colons(:)?: What do you think this is?: Star Wars: Episode 4: A New Hope: Special Edition: This is Fucking Mission: Impossible 3 (M:I-3) Mate: Special Edition: Extended: Directors Cut: Gift Box Set: Thing: Not fucking Star Wars: Episode 4: A New Hope: Special Edition: What were you thinking?
Hmm, am I a sad Sci-Fi geek? I was just drawn to click on a banner ad for the new Battlestar Galactica remake. Not holding out much hope the program will be any good but look at this...
(Should have been a brunet though. Or maybe a red head?) At least I restrained myself from making a joke about coming across the ad. Damn it.
