The Wrong Music Gig

Thanks to everyone who came to the Wrong Music gig last week. Especially to Judith Priest (for the emergency loan of his laptop following the theft of Spokesy's before Christmas), Henry and all the Wrong guys for putting us on, and the two guys who made a point of talking to me about the blog (I remember one of you was called Alex but I'm afraid I've forgotten the others name. It was really good to get some feedback from people and to know that people are actually reading it!)

The gig itself wasn't a great success from our point of view. We played a pretty bad set, shit full of glitches and fuck-ups, had mixer problems, couldn't use our outboard, and basically hadn't prepared as much as we should. Pretty much a normal gig really.

Other than that, it was great fun, and everyone else played brilliantly. Transformer Di Roboter were hilarious, the Wrong regulars were all fantastic, and the Bristol invasion (us, Parasite, Ana Kissed, and Twosinak) made for an interesting, if cramped, drive down. Shame we couldn't fit DJ Miscarriage in the car as well to complete the line-up.
