The Noodle Party was a great success last night. Thanks to everyone who came along! Also thanks to Frog Pocket, Chevron and the Brum Creative for their great sets, and to Parasite and The impossible flower for coming along even though for various technical reasons they didn't get to play. I'll be posting some photos here in the next few days so keep checking back.

The Noodle Party is tonight, and just in time for the start of his tour (with Frog Pocket) Chevron has launched his new website. In actual fact it's only "almost ready," but have a look, listen to some of the audio and put it in your bookmarks. You can find out more about Frog Pocket here, Parasite here and Loopz (Brum Creative) here (actually the official Orbital web site he runs).

Here's the latest word on the most anticipated prequel movie since the Phantom Menace, let's hope it's a sh1t load better.
Now everyone can heave a huge sigh of relief.
More news on the new Doctor Who series, some of this was covered in earlier posts by the Pope.
Paul Anderson, the man responsible for dire tripe such as Resident Evil, Event Horizon, Soldier and Mortal Kombat is about to tread on hallowed ground that has already been soured by those much greater than himself. Both David Fincher and Jean-Pierre Jeunet have tried, unsuccessfully, to revitalise the Alien franchise. So what does Paul Anderson decide to do, you can now watch the trailer for the most likely to be huge pile of crap movie in 2004 because he's making Aliens Versus Predator.

This is the very nice web site of Finish band Lodger. If you look at nothing else make sure you watch the I Love Death flash movie.

I saw this and thought ?!?
This one is definitely NSFW.
If you buy console or PC Games, you might want to check out Metacritic. It's stopped me from buying some real duffers, shame some guy hasn't set a version up for guys to rate their ex-girlfriends.
Hmmm... GRAVY!
Feeling lucky? well are you?
Time for an old classic.
It's a fun quiz, but when your time is up, your time is up.
Definitely NSFW, but fun nontheless.
You like that don't you!
Posh, Sporty, Scary, Baby and... Ginger. Before you avoid it, this has nothing to do with the Spice Girls.
Here's one for all you ladies out there.
Do you likes fluffy bunnies, someone doesn't.
That should do for now. Hope you enjoyed some of them.
If you live in Bristol you could do a lot worse than going to watch the Amazing Gusset at Mr Wolf's on St Stephens Street in Bristol on Thursday 11th March 2004.
Gusset will be playing some new material including the revolutionary track: 99 High Ho's Don't Make It Right.

The Audiophile equivalent of the Improve Your Manhood pills you get in you’re email: Bedini Ultra Clarifier Quadri Beam "With its patented Electro Magnetic Beam Configuration, the Clarifier polarizes the polymer in such a way as to maximize the laser's ability to retrieve stored data. By using the Ultra Clarifier "Quadri Beam" to treat your CD's before playing, you will discover a distinct improvement in video and audio quality." Or how about the new Nordost Valhalla Reference Power Cord? A snip at £1,750 for a two meter kettle lead. "...the cable closest to the system itself makes the biggest audible difference," according to Hi-Fi Choice (March 04)

You may remember the Table Tennis done Matrix style link posted here back in November. If you liked this look out for the new Pet Shop Boys video, Flamboyant, which uses huge amounts of footage from the same Japanese TV show. Unfortunately, I can't find the video online, but it is very good. It includes plenty of other sports given the same treatment and is very funny. Look out for it on TV and please post a link if you find it online.
